Cool! We've seen many lizards in our lifetime. The ones here in North Florida are nothing like the ones we would catch in our yard in Southern California as kids.

We had similar lizards in Texas. My husband called them rail lizards. They were very fast. You did good to get close enough for this picture.

Yes he does have a curly tail. We live in SW Florida and have tons of these little guys around. I love watching them. Thanks for sharing.

Great capture. Lizards can be difficult to photograph cleanly, let alone with such good position and texture.
